Eric Paik serves as a Project Manager at Arch Dental Staffing, responsible for finding and matching high-quality candidates with dental practices. He also provides consulting services, offering Human Resources and marketing strategies to support these practices.

Having recently earned a degree in Psychology and Entrepreneurship from the University of Michigan, Eric possesses a unique blend of knowledge that equips him to comprehend business challenges, offer effective solutions, and tackle upcoming projects with confidence. His proficiency in building meaningful connections, coupled
with an unwavering commitment, drives him to excel in every endeavor he undertakes.

From Southern California, Eric’s early years were full of sunshine and warm weather where he enjoyed the coastal beaches. While moving to Illinois presented a major change, his enthusiasm to be part of the Arch Dental Staffing team fuels his excitement to enhance his knowledge, expand his experience, and contribute to the group’s growth.
