Arch Dental Staffing is always looking for ways to show our appreciation and reward our dental professionals. That’s why we are excited to introduce our new Share-a-Smile Rewards program – designed to reward you and your friends for helping us connect with top dental talent like you!
The Share-a-Smile Rewards program is simple. By referring qualified friends and colleagues who successfully accept a position through Arch Dental Staffing, you and your referral will both receive a $25 VISA gift card! Rewards are tiered by three categories: Gold, Platinum, and Emerald. The more friends you refer, the greater the rewards you can earn.
Gold Tier
Refer 1 candidate in one year:

Platinum Tier

The Share-a-Smile Program is a free and exclusive referral-based membership program designed for our candidates. By referring friends to our services, you can unlock various rewards and benefits, such as vacations, discounts, and more.
To become a member, you must be referred by a friend who is already a member. Once you have a referral, you can join the orogram for free and start referring others to enjoy the benefits.
There are four membership tiers in the Share-a-Smiles program:
1. Gold (General Member)
– $25 shared with the referral
– Access to resume workshops- Gift card drawings
2. Platinum (Referred 5 people)
– All Gold-tier memberships
– Discounted access to CE events – 10% discount of FIGS scrubs
– Gas reimbursement – Amazon Prime Membership
3. Diamond (Referred 10 people)
– All Platinum benefits – Spa Day – AirPods Pro 2

After joining the program, you can refer friends by sharing your unique referral link. When your friend uses your link to join the program and finds a job through Arch, you’ll be rewarded with the corresponding membership tier benefits.

Eligibility
Share-a-Smile Rewards Program ("program") is open to individuals who are referred by a friend and who are legal residents of the country where the staffing company operates. Employees of the staffing company, their immediate family members, and persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate in the program.
Agreement to Terms and Conditions
By participating in the program, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the staffing company, which are final and binding in all matters related to the program.
Program Period
The program operates on an annual basis, starting January 1st and ending on December 31st. All referrals and rewards are subject to approval by a member of Arch Dental. The program resets annually - participants will need to continue referring new friends each year to maintain their membership tier and enjoy their benefits.
How to Participate
To participate in the program, individuals must be referred by a friend who is already a member. Once referred, participants can join the program for free and start referring others to begin earning rewards. Participants must use their unique referral link to refer their friends.
Membership Tiers and Rewards
The program consists of four membership tiers with corresponding rewards and benefits. Participants are required to refer a specific number of friends to unlock each tier and its rewards. Arch Dental Staffing reserves the right to modify, substitute, or discontinue any rewards or benefits at any time without prior notice.
Taxes
Participants are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees associated with the receipt or use of any rewards or benefits from the program.
Termination and Modification:
The staffing company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
Any changes to the program will be posted on the company website and it is the Participant's responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions for updates.
Liability
By participating in the program, participants agree to release and hold harmless, Arch Dental Staffing, its affiliates, partners, vendors, and their respective officers, directors, and employees from any liability, loss, injury, or damage incurred through participation in the program of the use or misuse of any rewards or benefits.
Governing Law
The program and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the staffing company is located, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the jurisdiction where Arch Dental Staffing operates.
Privacy
Arch Dental Staffing will collect and use participants' personal information for the purposes of administering the program, in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By participating in the program, participants consent to the collections use, and disclosure of their personal information for these purposes.
